Drowning Lawsuits – Why Do They Happen?
Drowning lawsuits in the State of Florida happened with alarming frequency. Florida, in fact, leads the nation with the number of drowning deaths per year with persons under the age of five. There are three leading causes of drownings: Defective pool equipment, another one is negligent supervision. The third category involves defective barriers.
One of the first things we’ll look at is obviously do all we can to take of the family who suffered a horrible loss. The second thing, because we’re there acting as the grieving families advocate, their legal advocate, is to find out what the facts and circumstances were leading up to the death.
